Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-continental R&D teams across 5 quantum research centers
- Design error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on space-computing initiatives
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-mechanical processes
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design with demonstrated scalability
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Security clearance eligibility (US citizenship required)
- Experience with cryogenic systems below 10mK
- Track record of translating theory to commercial quantum products
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
