Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop simulation environments for quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with government agencies on post-quantum security standards
- Research novel quantum materials for qubit stability enhancement
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong understanding of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Security clearance preferred
