Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise applications
- Develop scalable quantum circuit architectures compatible with current hardware limitations
- Create error-correction protocols to maintain qubit coherence in multi-qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum hardware platforms for integration potential
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for materials science and molecular modeling
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Experience leading quantum computing projects in enterprise environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity theory
- Ability to communicate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
