Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with classical interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure intellectual property
- Advise clients on quantum computing implementation strategies
- Maintain quantum security protocols for enterprise applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
