Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead R&D on quantum error correction techniques for 2026-ready systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Define security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)

- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
