Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in production environments

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Create quantum software development frameworks for enterprise clients
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency with classical high-performance computing environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
