Responsibilities

- Collaborate with materials scientists to optimize qubit fabrication processes
- Research emerging quantum algorithms for cryptography and simulation breakthroughs
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum hardware-software co-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubits or photonic quantum systems
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
