Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for cryptography and materials science
- Establish industry standards for quantum benchmarking and validation
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum error correction algorithms
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing DoE/NSF quantum research grants
- Track record of leading quantum hardware commercialization
