Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Implement error mitigation techniques achieving 10⁻⁶ logical qubit fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into HPC environments
- Establish quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor quantum engineering teams across 3 global R&D centers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and RF control systems
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Security clearance for government quantum projects
