Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and AI
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences and to C-suite executives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with published research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Proven leadership in complex technical projects with global teams
- Patents or significant open-source contributions in quantum computing
