Responsibilities

- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world deployment
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum hardware innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computing principles and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in designing quantum circuits with >50-qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system engineering and control electronics
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
