Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Create quantum software development frameworks and SDKs
- Advise C-suite on quantum computing strategy and ROI implementation
- Author white papers and patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Proven track record of delivering quantum computing projects from concept to deployment
