Responsibilities
- Design and prototype fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum error correction and coherence enhancement initiatives
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Translate complex quantum physics concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with 2026 technological inflection points
- Secure intellectual property through strategic patent filings and trade secret protection
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
