Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and engineers to prototype quantum algorithms
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI specialists to create quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum systems development
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
