Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols enabling 1000+ qubit operations
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum supremacy in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware and algorithmic innovations
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum programming frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated qubit scalability
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
