Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with error correction capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum modules with classical supercomputers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum software frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm design and implementation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum system integration
- Published research in quantum information science
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
