Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum-AI architectures integrating superconducting qubits with neuromorphic processors
- Develop hybrid algorithms combining quantum annealing with deep reinforcement learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks on D-Wave & IBM systems
- Research quantum-safe cryptography protocols for post-quantum AI security frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for NISQ-era hardware using error mitigation techniques
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum machine learning benchmarking standards
- Architect scalable quantum cloud interfaces for enterprise AI deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (VQE, QAOA, Grover's variants) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and tensor network frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning or quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and NISQ-era optimization strategies
- Experience architecting high-throughput quantum cloud services with AWS Braket/Azure Quantum
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) with quantum integration projects
