Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI fusion systems leveraging 50+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams across quantum physics, ML, and hardware engineering
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural network implementations
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing grants annually
- Pioneer quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or AI
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems to commercial viability
- Experience securing government/DoE quantum computing grants
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubits
