Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms integrated with machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI specialists, and engineers
- Optimize quantum circuit designs for real-world deployment challenges
- Research and implement novel error-correction techniques for quantum-AI systems
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on industry-specific quantum solutions
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum-AI ecosystem development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning integration
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum-AI fusion systems or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
