Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and decentralized AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop patentable quantum-AI methodologies
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier publications and conferences
- Drive prototyping of quantum-AI applications in cybersecurity and optimization domains

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published record in quantum-AI or high-impact AI research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and NISQ algorithms
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
