Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research projects exploring quantum advantage in optimization and simulation
- Develop novel error correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals
