Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech partners on breakthrough quantum algorithms
- Develop patent-pending quantum error correction techniques
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in Nature/Science
- Secure $5M+ in government and private funding
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong Python/C++ programming with parallel computing experience
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms (IBM Rigetti)
- Track record of securing competitive research grants
