Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging Q#, Python, and specialized hardware
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and algorithm optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, Physics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical ML libraries
- Published record in quantum machine learning or high-impact scientific computing
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Experience securing research funding and managing large-scale projects
