Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for emerging technology initiatives
- Author patents for quantum-AI optimization algorithms
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and NeurIPS conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing bootcamps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and CUDA programming
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants from NSF/DoD
- Proficiency with high-performance computing clusters
