Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for AI acceleration
- Lead experimental validation of quantum machine learning models on D-Wave systems

- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in AI/ML architectures (Transformer, GNNs)
