Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead experimental research in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical models
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for scalable quantum processors
- Develop proprietary quantum computing frameworks with 10x performance improvements

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum algorithms
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
