Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop error-corrected quantum processors
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI ethics
- Develop proprietary frameworks for quantum-safe encryption protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum simulations with classical AI models
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
