Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid architectures

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum-AI convergence
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production-ready quantum computing frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum neural networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at top-tier conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
