Responsibilities

- Pioneer breakthroughs in quantum neural networks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Demonstrated success securing DoE or NSF research grants
- Experience leading teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Published patents in quantum computing or AI (minimum 5)
