- Mentor PhD researchers and secure multi-million dollar government/industry grants
- Develop production-ready quantum APIs for enterprise clients
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum hardware advancements (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants or industry partnerships
