Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Patent novel quantum-AI methodologies with 95+ success rate
- Present findings at global conferences like Q2B and NeurIPS
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 8+ years research
- Published 20+ papers in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and tensor networks
- Proficient with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing $5M+ in government research funding
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in quantum domain
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
