Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, ICML)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical AI implementations
