Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for advanced pattern recognition
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize AI model performance on quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced reinforcement learning systems
- Author white papers and patents for novel quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Strong background in deep learning architectures and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
