Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuits for neural network acceleration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning frameworks and error mitigation
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into deployable AI applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical AI frameworks
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and NISQ-era limitations
- Strong background in machine learning architectures and optimization theory
