Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI pipelines for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Author peer-reviewed research publications and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into scalable industrial applications
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to simulate quantum effects in biological neural networks
- Present breakthrough findings at premier international conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects from conception to deployment
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum democratization initiatives
