Key Objectives:

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement complex quantum algorithms integrated with machine learning models.
- Project Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum technologies and 2026 roadmaps.
- Optimization: Optimize quantum gate operations to maximize qubit coherence and computational throughput.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application in AI/ML.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
