Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI integration frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Present research findings at global symposia including IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with ethics council on responsible quantum-AI deployment
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI libraries with 50K+ GitHub stars
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols (surface codes, LDPC)
- Strong background in complex system modeling and high-performance computing
