Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms integrated with AI frameworks for real-world applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for hybrid quantum-neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance for ML workloads
- Create documentation and training materials for quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and computational optimization
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum-AI projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and quantum cloud platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across disciplines
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
