Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems leveraging Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and custom frameworks
- Design error-corrected quantum neural networks achieving 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop real-time quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and secure AI protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-processing architectures
- Pioneer novel quantum algorithms solving previously NP-hard problems
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing summits and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum machine learning
