Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum AI algorithms leveraging QML, variational circuits, and quantum neural networks

- Optimize quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computation by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Translate quantum advantage proofs into production-ready enterprise solutions
- Pioneer quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Author thought leadership publications on quantum AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket) and hybrid HPC systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
