Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum hardware advancements to anticipate the needs of 2026 and beyond.

- Performance Tuning: Analyze computational bottlenecks and implement strategies to maximize qubit coherence and processing speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and a solid background in quantum computing theory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-performance computing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
