Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural network architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Create error correction protocols for multi-qubit systems at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Translate theoretical quantum computing advances into commercial IP portfolios
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum-AI performance metrics
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and cloud providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into production systems
