Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and quantum error correction
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through product development cycles
