Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI architectures for real-world applications in healthcare, climate modeling, and materials science
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for practical deployment in 2026-era systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping hybrid quantum-classical ML models
- Collaborate with industry partners to implement quantum solutions in Fortune 500 companies
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure $10M+ in research funding
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish quarterly breakthrough whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in implementing quantum algorithms on IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ platforms
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane, or equivalent quantum ML frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on quantum-AI integration
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Experience securing $5M+ in government or corporate research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant roadmap
