Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the architectural roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical goals with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of distributed systems, focusing on scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.

- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and microservices architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve ambiguous, high-level technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
