Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to identify risks and drive strategic pivots.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and agile methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Drive innovation initiatives and prototype new technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering talent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal capacity.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects or product launches.
- Expert knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
