Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the high-level technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Project 2026 to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, architecture reviews, and system performance tuning to maintain the integrity of the platform.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices in cloud-native development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines into production environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
