Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor a team of 5+ Senior Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge architectures (e.g., Transformers, Graph Neural Networks) to improve model latency and accuracy.
- Define and enforce best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and security.
- Partner with product management to translate 2026 roadmap goals into technical milestones.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production with high availability.
