Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap for the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical and compliant AI deployment.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Identify emerging trends in artificial intelligence to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data governance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
