Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, hybrid AI-Quantum architectures that meet the demands of 2026 enterprise standards.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring the intersection of Neural Networks and Quantum Error Correction.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of senior engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing solutions, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and technical ambiguity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
